Prior to his work as an instructor, Justin spent 10 years as a Fugitive Recovery Agent, honing his skills in tracking and apprehending dangerous individuals. He also received specialized training in CQB (Close Quarters Battle) and tactical entry techniques, working closely with law enforcement officers to develop his skills in effective strategies for high-risk situations.

In addition to his Bail Enforcement experience, Justin has also spent 15 years shooting USPSA (United States Practical Shooting Association) competitions, where he has developed a keen eye for precision and accuracy. He has also spent 8 years as an Armorer in the film and television industry, working on a variety of productions to ensure that firearms are used safely and realistically on set.
